Key Responsibilities

As a LiveChat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives to meet their expectations.
  • Resolving customer inquiries regarding product information, account management, and billing in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and following up to ensure resolutions, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve service processes, ensuring that we continuously enhance our customer experience.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer requests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when necessary.
