Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trip Assignment Specialist to join our evening shift team, working remotely from home. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners, answering inbound calls, and coordinating evening trips. Responsibilities

As a Trip Assignment Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approximately 700-900 per night)
• Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration
• Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member
• Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners
• Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours
• Coordinating evening trips as they come in
• Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks, such as payment processing
• Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Healthcare experience (preferably in a transportation or customer service setting)
• Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts (Monday through Friday, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM PT)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using technology, including Health-E Rides and Zendesk

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and software
• Certification in a healthcare-related field (e.g., CNA, EMT, etc.)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (ability to communicate with members in multiple languages)
