Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Remote Customer Service Representative. As a part of our customer service team, you will be the voice of arenaflex, helping to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide information on flight schedules, airline policies, and travel requirements, ensuring that customers have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
