Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and aligning with customer needs
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that meet customer needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secured workspace

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
