Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assisting with customer service-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
