What You'll Be Doing
As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to log in to our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts to reply to questions from customers. Some of these questions will be from existing buyers who need support with their purchase, while others will be from potential customers who are asking sales-related questions. You'll be trained on how to handle all types of questions, ensuring that you're equipped to provide the best possible support to our clients' customers.

What We're Looking For

- Be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week
