Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing timely support to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Answer customer calls, respond to online chat inquiries, and engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reset passwords, assist with creating accounts, and upload documents as required
  • Help customers manage their accounts, verify eligibility for coverages, and review healthcare options
  • Find creative solutions to consumer problems, diagnose, assess, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Be an expert on arenaflex, our products, and policies, demonstrating corporate values consistently
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Input customer information into a database and perform various administrative duties as assigned

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking

* Identify and resolve complex customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions

  • Analyze customer concerns, assess the root cause of problems, and develop creative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance to customers

Administrative Duties

* Input customer information into a database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned, ensuring efficient and effective support to customers

Additional Skills and Qualifications

* High level of food service or retail experience required, with recent work history and no large gaps in tenure

  • Must be able to provide their own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training
  • High-speed reliable internet (35mbps download speed or better) required
  • Must score at least 70 on the Internet Basics Assessment
  • Must not have any requested time off, including doctor appointments, during the 3 weeks of training
  • Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with a pay rate of $ [insert rate]
