Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the public, handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and preparing research in support of various divisions. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Handles inquiries from the public by phone, walk-in, or email/correspondence
* Handles owner documents
* Instructs the public on arenaflex division activities, including Commercial, Residential, BPP, Property Records Exemptions, or GIS
* Resolves customer issues
* Prepares research in support of various arenaflex divisions
* Assists with mail, opening, sorting, and scanning
* Performs other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Software
* Ability to ask questions that will bring forth the information needed to assist the customer efficiently
* Ability to concentrate on assigned tasks and to manage time effectively
* Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone and face-to-face
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time with ability to reach, bend, and move up/down
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of files or equipment
* Ability to pass a standardized skill test administered by arenaflex
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish (Read and Speak)
* Previous customer service, appraisal, or tax office, or other office experience
