Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
