As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately, providing information regarding products, policies, and services
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and documenting customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service and meeting customer expectations
- Providing excellent communication skills and handling stressful situations calmly and efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Proficiency in basic computer functions, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
