Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about arenaflex services and products
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve customer complaints
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Schedule and Location

* This is a work-from-home position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

  • We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

+ Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

  • You must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
