Job Description
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our remote data entry team. As a full stack data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to freight and shipments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into our systems with precision and accuracy
- Verifying the accuracy of information and identifying discrepancies or errors that need to be rectified
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assisting in the generation of reports and providing data support to other departments
- Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes
- Responding to inquiries and providing data support to other departments
- Staying updated on data entry practices and software used in the industry
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
