Key Responsibilities

As a Client Support Coordinator, you'll be the primary liaison for record labels and DSP partners using our software for music distribution and royalty management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital releases sent to DSPs like Spotify, Apple Music, and more.
  • Engaging with arenaflex's wide array of products and services, making this role a prime launchpad for a successful career in the music-tech industry.
  • Collaborating with our international team to resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Essential Qualifications

* A passion for music and the online music ecosystem.

  • Experience with classical music, either through playing an instrument or managing classical metadata.
  • A customer-centric mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong international communication skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • A desire to thrive in a tech-driven environment, learning and adapting to new skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the music or tech industry.

  • Familiarity with music distribution software and platforms.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
