Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities:
* Utilize exceptional customer service techniques to handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and other interactions to assess needs and provide information about local resources available
* Respond in a professional, nonjudgmental manner when interacting with all populations, including those from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need
* Implement customer service techniques for handling calls and de-escalating situations, ensuring a positive experience for all callers
* Develop and implement established processes for understanding individual needs, building an action plan, and following up with callers once the action plan is put in place
* Maintain knowledge of arenaflex's non-profit resources and participate in team meetings, complete reading, training, and other assignments as required
* Ensure a wired internet connection is available for remote work
Requirements:
* Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to diverse needs and concerns
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Calm and composed, with the ability to de-escalate situations and maintain a positive demeanor
* Patient and empathetic, with a focus on understanding and addressing the needs of others
* Ability to adapt to callers from various backgrounds and with varying levels of need
