Job Summary
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat portal. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that arenaflex maintains its high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries swiftly and effectively. Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat
- Assist customers with booking, changing, or cancelling flights
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements
