Job Summary As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers via live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans, flight information, and other inquiries. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
