Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer service calls related to flight reservations, ticketing, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related questions.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight details, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving booking issues, including changes, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with arenaflex policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
