Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of quality and precision
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and direction
