What You Will Do
As a Data Entry Agent (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for executing enrichment tasks as defined by our clients, following detailed training and guidelines. Your primary duties will include:
- Executing enrichment tasks as defined by our clients, following detailed training and guidelines
- Performing application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and coordinating with various state boards for status updates
- Ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks
- Engaging in both voice and non-voice processes as needed, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Verifying client information with third-party entities using online databases for cross-checking

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle process and information changes
- Capable of working independently or as an active team member
- Comfortable with a work-from-home setup and a stable internet connection
- A computer-savvy candidate is preferred
