Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues following company guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
  • Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
  • A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous call center experience (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
  • Health benefits after 90 days of employment
  • PTO for full-time employees (part-time employees may be eligible for PTO after a certain period)
  • 401K with matching contributions

Schedule

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work the following schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
  • Saturdays: 8am-8pm
  • Weekends and holidays may be required, depending on business needs
