Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues following company guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
- Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
- A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous call center experience (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
- Health benefits after 90 days of employment
- PTO for full-time employees (part-time employees may be eligible for PTO after a certain period)

Schedule
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
- Saturdays: 8am-8pm
- Weekends and holidays may be required, depending on business needs
