Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Phone Order Taker / Catering Orders representative, you'll be responsible for taking phone orders, assisting customers with their needs, and providing exceptional service experiences. Responsibilities

* Take phone orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Assist customers in understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional service experiences for every customer, every time
• Maintain knowledge of our menu, answer questions, and offer suggestions to customers
• Work effectively in a team environment or independently, as needed
• Take orders face-to-face and coordinate deliveries with drivers
• Complete various daily assignments and tasks as required
• Possess knowledge of Board of Health regulations (classes offered)

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year prior restaurant experience and/or previous customer service/phone experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the food industry or customer service

• Knowledge of Board of Health regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
