Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat, responding to member financial inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Uncovering opportunities to recommend financial solutions that help maintain the member's relationship with arenaflex
  • Assisting members with service requests and providing solutions on a variety of financial accounts, including loans, credit cards, and deposits
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date member information, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of member issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, ensuring that members receive the most accurate and relevant information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial institution or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex member issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a non-member facing call center environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and deposits
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
