Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional product and service information, resolving technical issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information to customers
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless internal collaboration
- Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
- Troubleshoot common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
- Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks and projects as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* Must reside in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
- Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $10 - $12 per hour
