Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks
• Verifying information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information
• Completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
• Utilizing voice and non-voice processes as required, adapting to process and information changes with ease
• Collaborating with our team to ensure high-quality results and contributing to the quality control process
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience (a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes
• A stable internet connection and a computer-savvy mindset
• The ability to support a WFH set-up and work effectively in a remote environment
