What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative, your ultimate goal is to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. You'll work to resolve issues, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex challenges with empathy and patience
• Applying problem-solving skills to determine the right solutions for customers
• Driving sales of arenaflex products and services to keep customers happy and connected
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking problem-solvers who lead with empathy and are motivated by change. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with:

• A high school diploma or GED
• One or more years of customer service or sales experience
• Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays)
• Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of [insert state]

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated self-discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate virtually

• Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A
• Interest in learning new technologies
• Experience promoting and/or selling products and services

Where You'll Be Working:

This is a work-from-home role performed almost exclusively from your home office with occasional in-person meetings and training. You'll need to have a private workspace free of distractions to set you up for success. arenaflex will provide:

• A monthly monetary stipend for internet service

Home Office Requirements:
