Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of all open customer support tickets and sending out reports as needed

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to work efficiently on a computer
