Responsibilities As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Requirements * Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin * Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone * Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT) * Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday Benefits * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour * 401(k) plan with matching contributions * On-the-job training to help you succeed in your role * Referral program to reward your referrals Work Environment As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
