Job Summary

As a Full-Time/Part-Time Personal Assistant – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processing, customer service, and data entry functions. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our team to enhance workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll data, including employee information, payment history, and benefits
  • Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries, providing clear and concise explanations to employees
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating employee records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, providing a high level of service and support

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in payroll, customer service, or data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, including processing, reporting, and compliance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
