Job Summary:
As a Customer Service and Replenishment Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring efficient replenishment of inventory. This role involves effective communication with customers and internal teams, problem-solving to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will make a lasting impression on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
+ Greet customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming experience + Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely replenishment of products + Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies, providing clear and concise information + Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy, aiming for a positive resolution + Process returns and exchanges according to store policy
Inventory Management:
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to restock products as needed + Assist customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information
Operational Support:
+ Bag, box, and wrap purchased items + Maintain proficiency in all organizational safe working policies and practices + Perform other related duties as assigned + Adhere to company policies and work requirements
Essential Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Six months of related experience preferred
Skills:
+ Ability to read, write, understand, and relay written and verbal instructions + Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners + Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds + Knowledgeable about company's products and services, and customer-related policies
Physical Requirements:
+ Prolonged periods of standing and working on cash register or related equipment + Must be in adequate physical condition to perform requirements such as mental, physical and manual dexterity, hand/grip strength, depth perception and any other physical attributes that enable the employee to perform the job safely according to all Company, Local, State, and Federal regulations and requirements + Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds regularly + Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds regularly + Must wear prescribed personal protective equipment when handling material or operating equipment
