Job Summary

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing customer complaints, and assisting in resolving issues. You'll also play a key role in managing our support chatbot through HubSpot, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding sales inquiries, product information, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide solutions to customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions.
  • Manage the support chatbot using HubSpot to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Process orders, track customer inquiries, and follow up on pending issues to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer support experience, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs, even in challenging situations.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot, to manage customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to inform support and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot for managing chatbot and customer interactions, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work between 8:30 PM PST and 4:00 PM PST, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
