Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Medical Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering medical data into our electronic health record (EHR) system, verifying and updating patient information, and maintaining patient confidentiality. You will work closely with our clinical staff, IT department, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our medical records.
Responsibilities
As a Medical Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering medical data into our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations
- Reviewing and correcting discrepancies in medical records
- Supporting clinical staff with data retrieval and reporting
- Assisting in the generation of monthly and quarterly reports

Key Qualifications
