A Day in the Life
As a Live Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding digital experience for customers through arenaflex's web chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming an expert in specific Biosciences Division (BID) product portfolios
- Responding positively and expeditiously to all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers
- Providing a high level of customer service excellence to assist customers digitally through arenaflex's website
- Triage web-based sales leads and ensuring customers are directed to the appropriate selling resource
- Facilitating the information flow between customers, sales reps/account managers, technical sales specialists, customer service, and technical services
- Providing quotes or sending customers to the most appropriate selling resource to author a quote
- Logging opportunities in Salesforce.com
Keys to Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience
- A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer services, telephone experience, or a similar field
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs
- General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment
- Ability to communicate in English
- Practical understanding of the sales process and buying cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive demeanor, and professional mannerisms
- Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a multi-task environment
Skills and Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other CRM systems
