Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Verification and Validation: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure that it meets our high standards.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure seamless data entry.
  • Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support our data entry and management processes.

Requirements

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access, is essential for this role.
  • Strong Computer Skills: You'll need to be comfortable working with computers and have a strong understanding of database management tools.
  • Basic Knowledge of Touch Typing System: Familiarity with the touch typing system is a plus, as it will enable you to enter data quickly and accurately.
