Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support through various social media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and comments on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more, in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Providing accurate, comprehensive, and personalized solutions to customer inquiries, while maintaining a positive and professional tone that aligns with arenaflex's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their overall experience.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to help improve arenaflex products and services, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a social media environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with a focus on social media, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the entertainment or hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
