Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry & Web Content Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry & Web Content Associate, you'll be responsible for organizing and preparing web images and data for our online store, managing content, performing quality assurance on the website and product data, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our online store's content. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent data entry skills, a passion for web graphics, and experience with image editing software, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Organize and prepare web images and data for the online store

• Manage content, including proofing product copy, images, logos, and manuals for a variety of products in the online store
• Perform quality assurance on the website and product data
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of online store content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content management
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's brand voice and style guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content management and data entry

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent

• Prior experience with web graphics, Photoshop, and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Strong data entry skills, with the ability to pass computer testing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in an e-commerce environment

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
• Certification in data entry or content management (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist, Certified Content Manager)
