Daily Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client
  • Digitalizing claims in a form provided by the company
  • Inputting all details of the claim with high accuracy
  • Providing production services, including data-entry, document processing, and scanning
  • Receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications
  • Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
  • Quickly adapting to business rule changes
  • Providing support to other business operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Be capable of lifting 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead
  • Be able to clear a criminal background check
  • Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
