Qualifications for Eligibility Required Skills: 7+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst Healthcare Claims experienced required 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum Requirements Engineering (RE) Deep hands-on RE, Lead/Coordination experience, as well as participation in all Scrum team ceremonies Experience in conducting interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs Involvement with other Agile and/or Waterfall teams Competency to recommend process improvements for the entire business requirements life-cycle by identifying gaps Understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Consulting mindset, diplomatic personality, and strong problem-solving skills Team player, creative, and positive, proactive with can-do attitude Thank you , 110 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
