[Hiring] Licensed Vocational Nurse @CareLinx by Sharecare
Role Description CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join CareLinx by Sharecare. LVNs have the opportunity to provide care to patients in a variety of settings including:
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Assisted living facilities
- Patients' homes
- Senior living centers
- Hospital/clinical settings
We offer various shifts including day, night, weekdays, and weekends – choose the shifts to fit your schedule. Essential Job Functions:
- Provide care within your scope of practice potentially including helping with the preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan
- Collecting, recording, and monitoring patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
- Administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
- Communicates with the care team as needed
- Completes, maintains, and submits accurate and relevant documentation
- Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required
- Ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment
Qualifications
- Three months of nursing experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Active Nursing License/Certification
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster
- Medical requirements including physicals and TB test may be required
- Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed
