Fractional Vice President Of Inside Sales
This is a remote position, but for US-based candidates only. We are hiring a Fractional VP of Inside Sales for our client. As a Fractional VP of Inside Sales, you will work closely with executive leadership to assess current sales performance, identify gaps, and implement a structured, data-driven approach to pipeline generation and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize the current inside sales strategy, structure, and processes
- Build and implement a scalable sales framework to improve the pipeline and conversion
- Lead, mentor, and support inside sales teams (BDRs, SDRs, AEs)
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models
- Improve lead generation, qualification, and deal velocity
- Partner with Marketing to align demand generation and sales execution
- Provide ongoing performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a VP or Director of Inside Sales in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling inside sales teams and revenue systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience working in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles is a plus
- Ability to quickly assess challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
