Insurance Coverage Attorney | 100% Remote | $150k–$200k | Coverage Focus Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) Salary: $150,000 – $175,000+ (up to ~$200k with higher billables) A well-established litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its team in a fully remote position. This role focuses primarily on third-party insurance coverage matters, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on sophisticated coverage issues while maintaining the flexibility of a fully remote environment. The Role You will handle insurance coverage analysis and advisory work, including:
- Drafting detailed coverage opinions
- Analyzing complex insurance policy language and coverage disputes
- Advising insurers on third-party liability coverage issues
- Supporting coverage-related litigation and defense matters where required
- Collaborating with litigation teams on strategic coverage positions

Requirements
