Business Intelligence Administrator
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee a team delivering enhancements, support requests, and break-fixes within defined SLAs
- Monitor and maintain Clarity/Caboodle systems for performance, stability, and data integrity
- Implement and manage data quality, security, and compliance processes
- Administer ETL workflows and manage custom table creation, extracts, and schema changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and end users
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer environments
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Chronicles
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Lead daily scrums and status reporting with leadership and project teams
Requirements:
- Epic Certifications: Active in Epic Clarity and Caboodle (required)
- 3+ years working with Epic Clarity/Caboodle (enhancements, break-fixes, and support)
- 5+ years of experience with documentation, change management, and technical operations
- Proven success in performance optimization, data warehouse management, and ETL process oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a consulting environment
