SnapStays.com is looking for a Remote Business Development/Sales Associate who can increase the number of individuals and corporations who book our furnished housing options. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is highly organized and persistent, and wishes to develop their career with a growing startup.

Applicants should be very self-motivated, have a computer with access to a fast Internet connection, and be free to make, answer, and return phone calls during US working hours.

Prior remote working experience is a plus but is not required.

What You’ll Do:

Develop a deep understanding of SnapStays services Research specific industries to determine potential businesses who can benefit from Snapstays services and identify contacts within a business who can be a decision maker to use our services Make cold calls via telephone, send emails, send messages and make connections via LinkedIn and other digital platforms Provide information to prospective customers on a timely basis and continually follow up Meet or exceed goals for contacting businesses Be flexible to take on additional tasks/roles as our company grows What We’re Looking For:

Highly energetic & creative individual who is able to convert inquiries into guest bookings Fluency in English An organized individual who has an effective phone manner Excellent written, spoken, and digital communication skills Very persistent and goal-oriented Sales, business development, and/or real estate-related background is very helpful Proven track record of high performance and getting results Must be able to work independently Startup experience is not required, but the candidate must be open to working in a startup environment Must have high proficiency in using computers and internet-based software We are fully remote, you get to work from home.
