Position : Content Writer and Social Media Specialist

Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Salary : USD 1500 – 2500/month (Final offer depends on client approval and candidate experience)

About The Role

Own long-form, research-driven content for winnie.com/resources and support Instagram with derivative posts and other creative content. Success looks like authoritative articles that rank and resonate, plus consistent IG output aligned to brand voice.

Role Responsibilities

Research and write high-quality, long-form articles similar to what’s currently on winnie.com/resources. Update and enhance existing content on winnie.com/resources. Repurpose articles into Instagram carousels and Reels. Optimize for on-page SEO (headlines, structure, internal links, meta). Publish in CMS (currently HubSpot) with clean formatting and accessibility.

Requirements

Exceptional written English (clarity, structure, and audience fit). Demonstrated experience in long-form, research-based content. Efficient and can produce a high volume of content. Portfolio with 3-5 relevant writing samples. Comfortable with basic SEO and CMS publishing. Experience with HubSpot or WordPress, Google Docs, and Instagram.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

Familiarity with parenting/childcare topics. Instagram content creation (carousels, Reels, basic Canva templates or similar platform).

Editorial Cadence & Expectations

Articles: 5-10 articles/week. Social: 2 Instagram posts/week.

KPIs / Success Metrics

Organic traffic growth & rankings for target topics. Engagement (time on page, scroll depth), newsletter sign-ups. IG reach, saves, and profile traffic from content. On-time delivery and editorial quality scores.
