What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Specialist (NPWT), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver top-notch support to patients, referral sources, and employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs related to Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.
- Conducting Insurance Verification and Eligibility Checks: Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services and products, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Managing Initial Intake Processes: Handle phone calls, data entry, and paperwork processing with precision and accuracy, ensuring efficient patient onboarding.
- Maintaining Quality Control and Accuracy: Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy throughout patient contact and data input, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
- Developing and Maintaining Knowledge of Current Regulations: Stay up-to-date with the latest Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations, ensuring compliance and expert support.
What is Required (Qualifications)
