About the Role
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and providing administrative support to our team. Your exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently will enable you to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and file documentation, including correspondence and supporting information, to ensure efficient administration of client files
- Respond promptly to queries and requests from creditors and debtors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information
- Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with internal clients to clarify issues and resolve concerns
- Organize file documents according to our naming protocols, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Calculate income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions
- Perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value
- Create documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance
- Accurately transfer pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software)
- Maintain client confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information secure
- Liaise with external clients to clarify or resolve outstanding documents
Electronic Filing of Statutory Documents
* Prepare documents for DocuSign
- Review amended proposals
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
- Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn computer software quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other staff members
