Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Online Data Entry Specialist to join our operations team. As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work in a fully remote position, enjoying the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
  • Entering data into database software and verifying its accuracy
  • Reviewing and verifying data entries
  • Resolving discrepancies in information
  • Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
  • Maintaining and updating workflow records regarding work completed and work pending
  • Assisting other administrative staff in filing, xeroxing, typing, and other tasks as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under stress and to deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in a data entry or similar role

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
