Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and issue resolution, you will need:

  • A reliable Window PC or Laptop with the following specifications:

+ Operating System: 10 or 11 + USB Port and Headset + Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN) with a minimum of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed + Memory: 12GB of Ram + Dual Monitors and webcam (Required)
