Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing accounts, developing insurance quotes, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to grow our customer base
  • Process customer policy change requests and ensure seamless transitions
  • Secure all trailing documents from customers and maintain accurate records
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow up to ensure timely resolutions
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Take premium payments from customers and maintain accurate records
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and return all phone messages promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up to ensure timely resolutions

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Professional phone etiquette and a friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Great customer service skills, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to think creatively to resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
