What to Expect:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Industry Answer Team Consultant at arenaflex, you'll serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries, with a focus on delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries
  • Providing technical support and assisting with install/group administration tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining a strong client-facing orientation and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, building trust and loyalty with our clients
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality

What We Require:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Capability to develop technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Strong client-facing orientation, with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
