Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met with efficiency and care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries with knowledgeable and friendly assistance, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Meeting production targets and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) set by our clients.
- Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to address and resolve inquiries, and assisting in training new team members in customer service processes.
- Evaluating and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processing client inquiries.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist who possesses:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and client interaction.
- Familiarity with help desk software, computer systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a commitment to providing professional and courteous responses.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and identify key stakeholders to resolve client inquiries effectively.
